DESCRIPTION
History:
Wine produced in the basin of the Côtes du Rhône and the Côtes de Provence. This large region has made it possible to open up Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné's selection of wines to various different climates.
Soil:
From the terroirs of the Ventoux region, which enjoys a great deal of sunshine, but which also enjoys cool nights, which provide the complexity shown in the synthesis of aromas.
Grape Variety:
100 %Viognier.
Age of the vines:
15 years.
Vinification:
Methods used: skins are macerated at low temperature to extract varietal aromas, vinification at low temperature in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks to extract the most delicate of the grape's aromas.

In stainless steel tanks.

60hl/ha.

Colour:
Clear yellow with bright, limpid green hues.
Bouquet:
Very representative of the Viognier grape, with white fruit, peach and floral notes making this exuberant wine highly attractive.
Palate:
Exceedingly well-balanced: lively and rich, the viognier has unctuous and pleasing mouthfeel. A fine, fresh wine to be drunk young.
